Shipping

We're currently only shipping within Indonesia.

Exchange Policy

Please check the sizing chart as we will NOT be accepting any returns or exchanges unless an item is incorrectly sent or defect product. All exchanges items must be in the unwashed, unworn & still in its original packaging (tags included).

Lost, Damaged, & Stolen Items

As we use JNE for all shipments, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages marked as delivered that have not arrived, fall in the lost, damaged, stolen category. If this is the case, please contact JNE directly at (021) 2927 8888
